Phamaly's Staff

Corinne (she/her) is an arts administrator, vocal coach, and opera stage director dedicated to bringing equity to the arts and advocating for performers. Prior to working at Phamaly, she served as the Executive Director for the Arapahoe Philharmonic, bringing a renewed focus on artistic excellence to the company. Corinne founded and served as the Executive Artistic Director of Denver Immersive Opera, a company dedicated to supporting female-identifying and LGBTQAI+ artists while creating immersive operatic productions that resonate with modern audiences. She has also served as the Production Manager for Boulder Opera Company and Company Manager for Boulder Music Institute. Corinne holds a Performer’s Certificate in Voice from the University of Denver, a dual MM in Opera and Musical Theatre Performance from Arizona State University, and a BM in Voice Performance with a minor in Theatre from Middle Tennessee State University. Corinne lives with anxiety and depression.

By day she navigates the creation of stigma abolishing theatre with Phamaly Theatre Company, on staff since 2019, proudly working as the Operations Manager. By night she is trying to find time for everything else: performance, podcasting, costuming, design, directing, and learning to cook better than your mama can. Every day she is thankful for her supportive circle and partner in crime, Jeremy Althoff. Erin lives with Hashimoto’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, and Anxiety.

Dallas Padoven is a marketing and communications professional, photographer, and storyteller with over 15 years of experience creating compelling visual and digital content. As Phamaly Theatre Company’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Dallas leads efforts to amplify the organization’s voice and connect wider audiences to its mission. With a background in both the arts and brand marketing, Dallas has worked with theater companies and creative organizations to build authentic, engaging narratives across platforms. Their approach blends strategy with creativity, focusing on meaningful storytelling that centers community, accessibility, and impact. Dallas is passionate about elevating artists’ voices and sharing the powerful work happening on and off the stage.

Ben (he/him) is the Artistic Director at Phamaly Theatre Company. Ben is a disabled director whose work focuses on producing artistically rigorous theatre with, for, and about the disabled community. His favorite directing credits include: Spring Awakening (Phamaly Theatre Company), The Spitfire Grill (Phamaly Theatre Company), Mockingbird (Falcon Theatre), Antigone: born against, The 4th Graders Present an Unnamed Love Suicide, Crumble: Lay Me Down Justin Timberlake, Love & Information (Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati), Falling (DePaul).

Ben Raanan

Artistic Director

A white woman with salt and pepper curly, long hair. She is smiling and is in a park with a water feature behind her. — Annie joined Phamaly in December of 2019. She moved to Denver from Connecticut where she had been the Director of Production at ACT of Connecticut. Prior to that, she had spent over a decade production managing in New York theatres, including APAC, Queens Theatre, and Prospect Theatre Company. Her time in New York also included working at Showman Fabricators. While there, her projects included Broadway's Sweeney Todd, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Disney World's American Idol Experience and NBC's The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon. Annie is an alumnus from the Theatre School at DePaul University and the School of Drama at Yale University.

Annie Jacobs

Technical Production Manager

He is wearing a suit with a pink tie and is holding a microphone. — AJ Watson was born and raised in Connecticut, and attended the University of Connecticut with a major in Cinematography. While in college, he also participated in exchanges to the following: Towson University, Concordia University, Naugatuck Valley, and the Walt Disney World College Program (which resulted in having 14 roommates in college!). In his professional life, he worked as a non-linear video editor for 7 years at ESPN, and was then promoted to Production Operations Management, overseeing all aspects of television production. AJ is no stranger to Phamaly, and was also a backstage volunteer for Vox Vergere and an A2 for Spring Awakening. AJ's hobbies include dancing (EDM), Drumming, Snowboarding, Video Games, Reading, Horror Movies, and taking care of dogs. While he doesn't have family in CO (no partner or kids), he's a proud uncle of his niece and nephew (13 and 8).

Elizabeth Anderman is a proud Phamaly board member by night and a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder by day (or possibly also by night — academia is mysterious). When she’s not shaping young minds, she’s championing accessible theatre, asking excellent questions, and proving that not all heroes wear capes… some wear comfortable shoes and carry tote bags.

Adam Lyons is a shareholder with Brownstein Hyatt and has litigated cases in federal and state court for 25 years. He is formerly an assistant director with the Department of Justice and an assistant deputy enforcement director with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Adam has a life-long love of theater and founded the King's Crown Shakespeare Troupe at Columbia University.

Stacey D’Angelo is an award-winning theatre director, educator, and advocate for inclusive and innovative performance. With over 16 years of leadership in higher education, she currently serves as Dean of Academic Success at the Community College of Aurora, where she founded and leads the Office of Innovative Arts—reimagining pathways to "employable creativity" in theatre, film, music, graphic design, and the arts. Stacey brings a deep commitment to devised and socially engaged performance. She has directed and produced more than 50 original productions, many exploring issues of disability, identity, justice, and community storytelling. Her training includes Moment Work with Tectonic Theater Project, Grotowski physical acting, Roy Hart vocal technique, and Viewpoints, which inform her collaborative, embodied approach to creation. She holds an M.F.A. in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University, where she developed her original thesis play Beyond Language, a bilingual piece for Deaf and hearing audiences, and a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College, where she trained in Stanislavski, Meisner, Linklater, and other foundational techniques. A longtime collaborator with Phamaly Theatre Company, she has directed productions centering artists with disabilities and toured internationally. Stacey also sits on the board of the Aurora Cultural Arts District and has created partnerships with organizations like DCPA Off-Center, the Veterans Association, and SeriesFest. Her work has been recognized with the True West Award, Top 40 Under 40, and multiple faculty honors for excellence in teaching and leadership.

Richard, Sr. Gift Officer, Foundation Fighting Blindness, manages the Visionary Circle Mid-Level donor program which includes over 1,000 donors around the U.S. He has raised more than $25 million in the past 15 years. He also supports major donors who are interested in leaving a legacy through estate planning in their will, Charitable Gift Annuities, or other vehicles. Richard is blind from retinitis pigmentosa, has no vision remaining, and uses a guide dog from Guide Dogs for the Blind. He can, and does, travel anywhere in the country. Richard uses an iPhone with voiceover as well as JAWS screen reading software to read his emails. Richard graduated as an Industrial and Systems Engineer from Georgia Tech and worked in that capacity until the mid 80’s when his vision got worse. Richard then owned an managed two companies which he sold and began his professional fund-raising career in 2006. Richard enjoys singing and has performed on stage singing Music of the Night from Phantom. I look forward to supporting and forwarding the mission of Phamaly!
