1. Thank you for continuing the fight! We also lost ArtsHERE funding which abruptly terminated our peer-led, needs-assessment project. I hope that you are continuing to find the support that you needed to keep this vital program going, as we are also working to continue our needs assessment to better serve our artist with disabilities!

2. Ah, but to this administration, & its supposedly “christian” (but not in any way, anything I learned) values, DEI is to now be spelled DIE! (As in, “Just Go Die!”)
   This is worse than even the Victorian era, where we, the “Not Perfect/Normal”, were hidden away &/or warehoused so that we wouldn’t be “A Drain on Society”.

   Now Yes, the National Debt is debilitatingly huge, & there’s a lot of “pork” that needs to be trimmed. But it’s become obvious that this administration isn’t just “trimming the fat”; but rather, weaponizing funding (or the removal there of), to punish anyone & anything that isn’t “Kowtowing” to them.
   The arts, all art – although necessary for true learning, are a threat to the small-mindedness that is a “Must” for them to maintain their power-base. (i.e. The Ignorant, Emotional, Closed-Minded Masses that are easier to control & manipulate, than the Well-Rounded, Open-Minded, Thinkers!)
   Thus, “Art” especially designed for the DEIA community, is a double threat to them (Art & DEIA). As are Women, & anyone else that isn’t a Caucasian, “christian” (by their definition), preferably Straight, Able-Bodied/Minded, Male!

   (P.S. The biggest shame of this, for me & many of my friends, is that we used to be “OG” Republicans, but became “GDI’s” when these extremists took over our party.)
