Putting Pen to Paper through Fan-Fiction - Sunday August 15th

When it comes to creating art, one of the most secret pieces of knowledge is this: everyone starts out by doing fan-fiction. We emulate the artists who influence us, and it is our appreciation for their work that fuels us. As we grow as artists, we develop our own voice. But even as we move from imitation to innovation, remnants of our inspirations can still be found in our work. Join Alice in Wonderland playwright David Jacobi in this writing workshop as you explore your inner aesthetic.

Time: 11:00am – 12:00pm

Location: Access Gallery (909 Santa Fe, Denver CO 80204)

Cost: Free
