A Note from The Director
Season’s greetings,
Thank you for joining us as we gather to celebrate this wonderful holiday season. We are honored to present our first collaboration with The Colorado Symphony. This year’s show is a heartfelt collection of songs and stories that resonate with the spirit of joy, love, and togetherness, of course, with Phamaly’s unique spin.
As we enjoy tunes and tales, some near and dear and others new and soon to be cherished, we take the time together in community to ponder questions not often thought about in the holiday season.
If Santa has a disability or two can he still do his work well?
Can too much pain ruin a festive Hanukkah celebration?
What happens when people with disabilities put together their city’s first inclusive holiday party?
While some of these pieces are presented by a single performer, others are shared by multiple voices in the same way that communities share in the magic, music, and merriment of the holiday season.
Our performers represent a diversity of disabilities while embodying the true essence of community and inclusion, reminding us that everyone has a story worth sharing and a song worth singing.
Sit back and relax or lean in to the magic, the memories, and the melodies of the holidays as only Phamaly Theatre Company can bring them.
From the Phamaly family to yours, we wish you all a season filled with health, happiness, and holiday memories to carry you through the coming year.
Happy holidays,
Maryann Migliorelli
